Clearly we don't hear of these brave "Anonymous" entities attacking the FBI for their efforts against WikiLeaks...or do we?

Is Dmitry Rogozin suggesting a cyber-attack was the cause of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear facility? Hmm, I wonder...ya know, it was 1986.
