I knew there was something I didn't get when I watched that movie...I want to know what the hell the flying monkeys were all about?

Ah yes, the gold standard. What an silly idea that was. Back then they said it would happen when pigs fly...well, for all intents and purposes it appears pigs really can fly!

This should be very concerning to everyone, but I guess you don't deserve what you won't fight for...

"Why does a kill switch fail to address BYOD security? Because, for all of its societal goodness, it doesn't really address the actions and incentives of an individual employee who has his company's data in the palm of their hand."

"It was hacked over this past weekend and user nicknames, user names, email addresses and hashed (one-way encrypted) passwords were compromised. Even though the passwords were hashed, it could be possible for a sophisticated thief to derive many of the passwords. If you use the same password and user names to log into any other sites, please change those passwords immediately."

For all intents and purposes,  it appears this incredibly successful experiment, the republic of United States (i.e., one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all) will soon be over, and we’ll continue enjoying exactly what we deserve…a nation with limited liberty and unequal justice for all. Way to go people!

"It shouldn’t even need to be pointed out that we are bringing the “crisis” described above upon ourselves.  We import poorly educated, low-skilled minorities who predictably have unequal educational and occupational outcomes.  Then we trash our own country’s reputation for failing to provide equal opportunity.  Forget any suggestion that attitudes, habits, consciously chosen lifestyles, established cultures, or language preferences are behind these inequalities.  The New American Creed is that inequalities are America’s fault."

This is for all you "couch-riding pansies" who don't understand why some partake in the extreme sport of mountain biking...you know who you are!

"Mountain biking was founded by a group of pioneers who chose to challenge themselves by riding gnarly trails high in the mountains on two-wheeled contraptions ill-fitted for the purpose. This sport is rooted in the principles and ideals of personal responsibility and self sufficiency, and for good reason: if you don’t take these ideals to heart, you could end up seriously injured or dead. If you can’t accept that, you’d better quit mountain biking."
