Is obesity a sign of Malnutrition and/or Undernutrition and not Overnutrition as suggested today?

Malnutrition: Lack of adequate nutrition resulting from insufficient food, unbalanced diet, or defective assimilation

Undernutrition: Deficient bodily nutrition due to inadequate food intake or faulty assimilation called also hyponutrition

Overnutrition: Excessive food intake especially when viewed as a factor in pathology
